What is the legal entity of Aave company?

I am trying to find out what type of legal presence the Aave company has, even if it's not a technical controller. I came across this helpful information about [Aave guardian](https://docs.aave.com/governance/aave-guardians), but it doesn't provide any information about the legal presence of the company. Can anyone provide any resources on this topic?

Aave guardians were elected by governance decision, and have a main role in governance, so its normal they show up there and not Aave companies, because as I mentioned before companies does not control in any sense the protocol itself.
