Aave safety module questions

I got two revolving around the safety module: 1. Has it ever been activated and if so, I assume there are txs on etherscan, an example would be awesome (to better understand the redemption of BPTs for Aave to then go into an `AuctionModule` contract). 2. Did this proposal progress further - [link](https://governance.aave.com/t/aave-token-architecture-v2-proposal/1885)?

There is no `auctionModule` contract. Currently we have staking in which Aave or ABPT can be staked. More details 👉🏻 [Aave v2 staking docs](https://docs.aave.com/developers/v/2.0/protocol-governance/staking-aave) In case of a shortfall event there will a Aave governance proposal for auction module and details on what/how funds from safety module are used to cover the market.
