What's the best way to move token from Polygon to Optimism?

I am trying to move Aave token from Polygon to Optimism. Currently, the only way I can see is to move it from Polygon to Ethereum first and then from Ethereum to Optimism. Is there any other solution available?

Currently, moving AAVE tokens from Polygon to Optimism requires bridging the tokens from Polygon to Ethereum, and then from Ethereum to Optimism. This involves using a token bridge to transfer the tokens from one network to another. Best way is to ask polygon/optimism if they have a bridge. E.g. you can use - https://polygon.peeranha.io/.
